Payment Policy

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to begin any project.
The remaining 75% is due within 7 days of website completion.

Project Breakdown

Every engagement begins with a complimentary consultation to assess your project requirements, objectives, and budget. Following this, Carat Creative will recommend a suitable package aligned with your needs.

Upon acceptance, a 25% deposit is required to initiate the project. Once the deposit has been received, the design phase will commence. The project timeline will formally begin once the design has been reviewed and approved.

During the implementation phase, Carat Creative will retain control of the development environment to ensure quality, performance, and timely delivery. Upon completion, the final deliverables will be shared for review. Clients are required to provide approval within 72 hours of delivery.

Following approval, the remaining project balance will be invoiced. If no feedback or approval is received within the 72-hour review period, the project will be deemed approved and the final invoice will be issued accordingly. All invoices are payable within 7 days of the issue date.

Upon receipt of full payment, all relevant website assets, domains (if applicable), and ownership rights will be transferred to the client.

Carat Creative will provide post-launch support for a period of 30 days following final payment. This includes reasonable assistance, consultations, and training related to the delivered project.
